Spicy Maple Syrup for Chicken and Waffles

3/4 cup real maple syrup, like from HartBeet Farm
1/4 cup Frank's red hot sauce
2 T Rock-n-Rye (the booze, not the Faygo Pop from Detroit)
1 T Sriracha
1 T Bacon fat
1/2 t Korean red pepper

Mix everything together in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with Chicken & Waffles
