Yet another recipe with kimchi... it's a Korean fusion hot dog!
Chris declared these better than Chicago-Style hot dogs.
Hot dog buns
Sauce from Bibimbap
First, get some good hot dogs with natural casings. The kind that snap when you bite them.
Squeeze some of the liquid out of the chopped kimchi, so it's not too wet.
Cook the dogs using your preferred method and warm the buns.
Top each with sauce and chopped kimchi.
Don't knock it 'til you try it.
