I absolutely love Goya Adobo seasoning.
2 1/2 lbs. of chicken thighs
Kosher salt to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste
Goya adobo seasoning to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Season chicken with salt , pepper and adobo. In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbls. of oil over med. to high heat and add the chicken. Saute, turning once until crisp and browned on both sides. Transfer chicken to a baking dish, pour off excess fat and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and EAT!
