1 ounce anchovies (half of a 2 ounce can)
2 T extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
8 kalamata olives
1 T capers
1/2 t red pepper flakes
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
1 6 ounce can tomato paste
Chop olives and capers together until finely minced.
Cook anchovies in olive oil over medium-low heat until they fall apart.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add olive/caper mix and cook for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Let cool before topping pizzas.
