4-6 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
2 boxes (or microwave packets) Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice, original recipe
1/3 of a yellow onion, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mayonnaise
If using the boxed Uncle Ben's, prepare according to package directions.
Mix shredded chicken, rice, chopped onions, water chestnuts, and mushroom soup together.
Add Mayo until it sounds like a herd of turtles marching through mud.
Glop together and bake at 325 about half an hour.
