5 cups (4 or 5 large) mangoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 - 4 tablespoons flour *
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 pie crusts
* depending on how juicy the mangoes are
Preheat oven to 425.
Line pie pan with 1 crust.
Combine mangoes, sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Toss to mix.
Pour filling into bottom crust.
Cover with top crust. Trim and crimp edges. Cut steam vents.
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350.
Bake another 20 to 25 minutes, or until crust is browned and filling is bubbling in the center.
Let cool before slicing.
