This tart and lemony sauce goes great with pork!
32 oz Maul's Barbecue Sauce
2 large lemons
1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
1/4 cup grated fresh ginger
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 T Coleman's mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 cloves garlic
Cut the lemons in half length-wise, and then thinly slice cross-wise. Remove seeds.
Combine everything in a big pot and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thick.
