Instant Pot Shredded Pork Tenderloin for Tacos

1 pork tenderloin
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 onion, peeled & sliced or chopped
1 t ground cumin
1/2 to 1 t salt

Cut the tenderloin into 4 or 5 pieces and throw it into the instant pot.
Add remaining ingredients. No additional water is required.
Cook at high pressure for 20 min.
Let it sit for 15 minutes, then release any remaining pressure and remove the top.
Set the instant pot to "saute" and cook, breaking the meat up with a wooden spoon, until all excess liquid is cooked out.

Serve with soft, warm tortillas & whatnot.

Also great on top of hoecakes with refried beans.
