Celebrate spring and the return of the hummingbirds!
Hummingbird nectar, when homemade, is really just a very light simple syrup.
1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce homemade hummingbird nectar (4 parts water, 1 part sugar)
- 1/2 ounce St. Germain (Elderflower liqueur)
- 1 lime wedge
Combine vodka, hummingbird nectar, and St. Germain in a shaker with ice. Shake! Strain into martini glasses. Squeeze one lime wedge into each one and serve.
