Cucumber Margarita

Per drink:
3 oz Cucumber juice
1–1/2 ounces tequila
1–1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon agave nectar or simple syrup
lime, cucumber wedges, or cucumber flower for garnish


Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with some ice.
Shake.
Strain into margarita or martini glasses.

For Spicy Cucumber Margaritas:
Moisten the rims of the glasses with lime juice.
Dip into Tajin.
Add a jalapeno slice.
