I like to make this salt-free so I can control how much salt I use.
You can also leave out the cayenne pepper for a mild seasoning.
2 t paprika
2 t garlic powder
1 t cayenne pepper (Optional: leave out for mild)
1 t onion powder
1 t dried thyme (ground thyme is better)
1 t white pepper
1 t dried oregano (ground oregano is better)
1 t black pepper
2 t salt (optional)
Mix everything and store in a cool, dry place.
