Coffee Spice

Shake a tiny bit of this on top of a hot cup of coffee, then breathe in the aroma. It's a great way to start your day.
The sweetener in it won't make your coffee taste sweet, it's just there to give some body to the mix so you're not shaking straight spices into your coffee.
If you don't have the two types of cinnamon, just use whatever cinnamon you have.

6 T Swerve (or sugar or other sweetener)
2 T Vietnamese cinnamon (Cassia, Saigon cinnamon, Cinnamomum loureiroi)
2 t Ceylon cinnamon (True Cinnamon, Cinnamomum verum)
1 T raw vanilla powder [OPTIONAL]
4 t ground ginger
2 t ground cloves
some freshly ground whole nutmeg

Mix everything well to remove any lumps.
Store in a shaker.
