A delicious dessert drink. Like drinking ice cream... with Booze!

2 ounces Brandy
2 ounces Creme de cacao
2 ounces heavy (whipping) cream
1 T caramel sauce

Combine with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Shakey Shakey Shakey.
Strain into a glass.
Optional: Grate some nutmeg over the top.
